Healing From Trauma Starts Here
Life can feel overwhelming. You’re juggling work, family, friendships, and daily responsibilities – and yet, something still feels off. Sleep is disrupted, your mind races with thoughts of the past or worries about tomorrow, and the compassion you give to others rarely reaches yourself.
You feel exhausted, irritable, and stuck. Relationships are strained, and your inner voice can be critical, replaying memories or fears that keep you from feeling safe and grounded.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone – and there is a way forward.
A Path Toward Relief and Resilience
I specialize in safe, dependable, intensive EMDR therapy for adults impacted by trauma or ongoing stress.
Whether your experiences come from military or first responder service, accidents, medical challenges, domestic abuse, or other difficult life events, EMDR can help you process the memories that keep you stuck, reduce intrusive thoughts, and rebuild nervous system stability.
For some clients, intensive EMDR sessions – dedicated one- to four-day sessions – allow for profound healing in a focused, supportive environment. These sessions can accelerate change, helping you release patterns that have held you back for years and reclaim energy, calm, and confidence.
What an Intensive Session Feels Like
The day begins with grounding and goal-setting, helping you feel safe, centered. We then identify the targeted memories and begin to process those experiences that have kept trauma and anxiety alive.
Breaks and reflection are built in so your nervous system can rest, integrate, and reset.
By afternoon, you’ll likely notice shifts in how you feel, think, and respond – smaller bursts of calm, clarity, and control replacing the weight you’ve carried for so long.
At the end of the day, we review insights, provide tools to support you afterward, and help you carry the progress forward into your daily life. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and ready to reclaim your life.
