EMDR Intensive Therapy

Life after trauma holds weight.

It can feel like carrying a weight no one else sees.

You may feel constantly on alert, exhausted, or emotionally drained. Memories or experiences from the past keep resurfacing, leaving your mind racing, sleep disrupted, and relationships strained.

Even when life seems “normal” on the surface, stress and trauma linger, making it hard to feel grounded, confident, or fully present.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone – and there is a path forward.

An Individual EMDR Intensive may be your solution if…

Your past is getting in the way of your future.

You still feel the impact from your past painful experience and you want relief.

You’re motivated for real transformation and want accelerated healing.

You are tired of missing work for a weekly therapy session with little to no progress.

EMDR intensive therapy offers a different approach.

I offer a dedicated, private space where your healing is the only priority. Intensives provide focused, uninterrupted time to process the memories, patterns, and stressors that keep you stuck.

For one to four consecutive days, your schedule, your energy, and your emotional safety are all devoted to you.

In this safe and supportive environment, you’ll work at a pace that feels manageable yet powerful. EMDR helps reprocess the experiences that continue to trigger stress and anxiety, reducing their hold on your mind and body.

Accelerated and lasting change

Process the trauma that continues to impact your life

Reduce intrusive thoughts, hypervigilance, and chronic stress

Rebuild emotional resilience and nervous system stability

Strengthen relationships – with yourself and others

Experience noticeable relief, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of control after just one intensive, laying the groundwork for lasting change.

What is EMDR?

EMDR is a simple but efficient therapy using bilateral stimulation such as tapping, auditory tones, or eye movements to accelerate the brain’s capacity to process and heal troubling memories.

Bilateral stimulation allows the two brain parts to work together to desensitize and reprocess harmful memories, decrease painful emotions, resolve negative beliefs about oneself, and reduce physical sensations related to past difficult experiences.

EMDR effectively treats post-traumatic stress, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, stress, sexual and physical abuse, disturbing memories, complicated grief, and addictions.
